Insurance Coverage
Many insurances cover the total cost of your visits, but there may be out of pocket costs if your deductible hasn't been met, and this will be billed after the visit. We can provide an estimate if needed but we can never guarantee what insurance will and will not cover.
We’re in-network with most major Colorado insurance providers, including Medicaid. If you're using insurance for in-home visits, a $25 travel and home convenience fee applies, which is not covered by insurance. When submitting your consult request, please provide us with both you and your baby's insurance information so we can verify insurance (unless it's a prenatal consult).
For Anthem/BCBS, Tricare, and Medicaid NOT in Colorado, we provide a 10% discount to make care more accessible.
-
We are in-network with nearly all Aetna plans (including subsidaries), though there may be some exceptions. We can bill insurance for in-person and virtual visits. Standard copays, coinsurance, and patient responsibility apply as outlined in this document. Most clients pay anywhere from $0-100 depending on how many visits have been used. Aetna can be complex and deceiving with their covered visits, our new patient paperwork has additional information on how this looks.
-
We are in-network with nearly all UHC and UMR plans (and subsidiaries). We can bill for in-person and some virtual visits. Some plans require prior authorization. Standard co-pay, co-insurance and out-of-pocket costs may apply, though we find that most plans cover your visits.
-
We have partnered with Wildlflower to provide in-person and virtual care for Cigna families. This typically covers 4-6 visits, though we can usually get more approved. Please submit your insurance information here for fastest service. Don't hesitate to reach out for clarification.
-
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to bill BCBS/Anthem directly through TLN due to a company wide change. In Colorado, IBCLCs who are not MD, NP, etc. are not able to get in network.
We are trying to find a way to bill out of network, but until then, we can provide you with a superbill, a filled out claim form, and will even drop it in the mail for you if needed. We can check your benefits ahead of time for out of network coverage if you provide your information.
-
We are proud to provide in-person and virtual care for Colorado Medicaid clients. Katie and Julia are currently the only ones that can provide this care. You must get a referral put in for lactation care through your doctor before we can see.
-
We are in network with Multiplan for in-person and virtual visits. Standard copays, coinsurance, and patient responsibility apply as outlined in this document.
-
We are unfortnately not in network with Tricare West at this time. We can provide a discount for those who are under Tricare. Please inquire for more details on pricing.
-
If we are not in network with your insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance by request. Please note we do not guarantee reimbursement.
