Expert Lactation Support—Wherever You’re Feeding From

Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, or still figuring it all out—our virtual consults bring personalized, judgment-free care straight to you.

We specialize in milk supply (thanks to our proven FLOW Method), but we’re here to help with everything from prenatal prep to weaning and all the chaos in between—because support should fit your life, not the other way around.

If you’ve ever thought, “Why is this still so hard?”—you’re not alone.

You’ve been up at 3AM Googling symptoms, watching reels, reading every blog… and still, something’s not clicking. You’re following all the “rules,” but your supply isn’t improving. You’re pumping around the clock with barely anything in the freezer. You’ve been told to “just relax” or “just nurse more”—but no one’s offering real answers.

Maybe everything was going fine—and suddenly, it’s not. Or maybe you've needed help from the beginning, but leaving the house with a baby feels impossible.

That’s where virtual consults come in. They’re private, flexible, and tailored to your needs. And with the right expert in your corner, they’re just as impactful as in-person care—sometimes even more.

Feeding shouldn’t feel like a mystery

Our virtual consults are one-on-one video sessions where we walk through your feeding challenges together, in real time. Whether you’re dealing with low milk supply, pumping struggles, bottle refusal, latching pain, or just that feeling that something isn’t right, we’re here to help you understand what’s happening and what to do next.

You’ll get expert eyes on what’s going on, a custom plan that fits your life, and real-time support from someone who’s seen it all—and cares deeply.

While our specialty is milk supply (and yes, it’s almost always part of the puzzle), we support parents from pregnancy through weaning and every messy, magical stage in between.

No pressure. No shame. Just science-backed, heart-centered care from someone who truly gets it.

Our Approach

Personalized Care Rooted in Compassion and Clarity

At The Breastfeeding Mama, we don’t believe in copy-paste advice. Every family is unique, which means every plan should be, too.

We use our signature FLOW Method to assess and support milk supply challenges—because supply is almost always part of the puzzle, even if it’s not the whole picture. This approach gives you a full, root-cause understanding of what’s going on and, more importantly, what to do next.

Whether you’re nursing around the clock, exclusively pumping, combo feeding, or just trying to make it to bedtime, we’re here to help you find a way that works—for your baby, your body, and your life.

We combine evidence-based tools with lived experience and a whole lot of heart. You’ll feel like you’re talking to both a trusted friend and a professional.
