Hi, I’m Sierra!
Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, herbalist-in-training, and forever student of all things lactation and postpartum.
I found my way into this work through my own breastfeeding journey. What started as a beautiful connection with my son quickly turned challenging—painful feeds, nipple damage, and bottle refusal. Even though I’d taken a breastfeeding class during pregnancy, I still had so many unanswered questions. When I realized how much support and wisdom new families truly need, I knew I wanted to be part of that support system.
I’m currently a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and plan to take the IBCLC exam in September 2025. Until then, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned (plus my psychology degree and herbalism training) to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Breastfeeding isn’t one-size-fits-all.
I believe your intuition, your baby, and your goals deserve to be centered in every decision. My role is to offer you information and options—not rigid rules—so you can feel confident in the choices you make for your family.
Painful feeding and oral restrictions are areas I feel especially passionate about, both from personal experience and from supporting families through these tough (but solvable!) challenges. Whether it’s flange fit, latch issues, or bottle refusal, I’m here to help you troubleshoot with compassion and strategy.
When you work with me, you’ll be met with empathy, curiosity, and zero judgment. I’m here to listen, collaborate, and help you find the solutions that feel right for you. I always provide multiple paths forward, because I know no two families are the same—and you deserve care that’s as unique as your journey.

You and your baby are learning a brand new language together. Give yourself grace. You don’t have to figure it all out right away, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you, one step at a time.
I live in Evergreen, Colorado and love serving families across the mountain foothills—from Conifer and Idaho Springs to Lakewood and Littleton.
I get how overwhelming it can feel to pack up a newborn and drive to the city, which is why I’m passionate about bringing in-home care to our community.
Outside of work, you’ll find me in the mountains with my family and our two (very chill) Akitas, Aloe and Söze. We love snowboarding, kayaking, floating rivers, and escaping to Costa Rica in the winter for some sunshine and salty air. I also have a serious love for sushi and a soft spot for anything involving cheese.
Fun fact: I gave birth to my son at home, 10,000 feet up in the Rockies—after 55 hours of labor and three different sunrises. It was intense, transformative, and probably explains why I have such deep respect for what our bodies can do.
