Virtul Pumping Consults with Compassionate, Skilled Lactation Consults

For the mom who’s overwhelmed, in pain, or exhausted from trying to “figure out the pump” on her own.

Pumping isn’t supposed to feel confusing, painful, or all-consuming. But for so many moms, it does - and we want to help you turn that around.

Our virtual pumping consults are designed to help you pump smarter — not harder — so you can stop stressing and start seeing results.

For the mom who’s trying so hard - and still not seeing the supply she hoped for.

Milk supply worries are heavy.

Maybe you’re watching your pump bottles and begging the ounces to rise.

Maybe you’re nursing constantly and still feel like your baby isn’t satisfied.
Maybe you had a drop and can’t figure out why.

Or maybe you’ve been told to “just pump more” — and nothing is helping.

You deserve support that looks at the whole picture — latch, pumping, hormones, schedule, labs, feeding patterns, and your nervous system — not just a list of things to try.

Our virtual milk supply consults are designed to help you finally understand what’s going on, why it’s happening, and what steps will actually make a difference.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

What Moms Are Saying

Most pumping advice is one quick appointment and a few setting tweaks.

But real pumping challenges take time, support, and ongoing adjustments.

With our pumping packages, you get someone who knows your pumps, your schedule, and your goals—so you’re never troubleshooting alone.

Request Your Visit or Discovery Call Today!

  • A regular consult gives you support in the moment. The Milk Supply support pathways give you ongoing care, follow-up, and accountability over weeks or months. You’ll get multiple consults, unlimited messaging, digital resources, and extras like welcome packages, toolkits, or lab credits depending on your pathway.

  • These programs are designed to work with both self-pay clients and cover the consult portion of insurance pay.

If you need more care outside your package, we can provide a superbill for additional visits to submit to your insurance.

  • Companion clients can book additional visits at a discounted rate. This way you can extend your care without losing continuity.

  • Sometimes, in-person visits are the best choice — especially for oral function assessments, complex latch cases, or weight gain concerns. If that becomes necessary, I’ll be honest with you and help you find the right in-person support (with me or a trusted provider in your area).

  • You’ll receive a welcome email with:

    • Links to schedule your first consult

    • Access to your digital resources

Information about your welcome package or lab credit (if included)
From there, we’ll map out your sessions together so you feel supported from start to finish.

  • That’s okay! If you’re still deciding, reach out and I’ll help you figure out which option best fits your current stage with a discovery call- prenatal prep, pumping support, or milk supply care. You don’t have to choose alone.
