Imagine never having to wonder who to call or where to go for feeding help.

Instead of rushing to appointments, piecing together advice from different sources, or waiting for someone to fit you in…

You have me, an experienced lactation consultant, in your home, at your side, guiding you step-by-step through every stage.

Whether it’s fine-tuning a latch, adjusting pump settings, creating a supply-boosting plan, or simply reassuring you everything’s going well — I’m there, in person, making it easier.

This isn’t a one-time consult. It’s months of ongoing, in-home care from an IBCLC who knows your history, your baby, and your goals.

Why The Milk Concierge is Different

No rushing or feeling like “just another appointment”

I learn your routines, your space, and your preferences so the advice is 100% tailored

I bring the right tools, resources, and products to you — no scrambling to order later

You get ongoing guidance for weeks, not just one session

Because this is truly high-touch care, I can only accept a few clients at a time. I do not offer home visits otherwise. Once your spot is reserved, my calendar is yours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions? Let’s Pump Out Some Answers

From logistics to latching, here’s what you need to know before booking your virtual consult.

  • Yes! We have great success with virtual consults, We love helping you feel empowered to replicate what we teach you on your own, and the hands-off approach works well for many.

  • Insurance often covers virtual visits. Please reach out to verify before booking.

  • We absolutely can! We usually recommend sending a video beforehand just in case you don’t have help or your baby isn’t cooperative. But we are able to watch and assess feeding through video.

  • Nope! We have different approaches and often are able to help clients who have seen multiple other consultants. If you’re unsure if we’ll be able to help, don’t hesitate to reach out before booking to make usre we are the right fit.

  • While we offer messenger support for our existing clients, for the most high-quality, secure care we do require a face to face consult.

  • We do! We are able to help with any infant feeding problems, regardless of what is being feed.

  • We use our Milk FLOW method to help us to understand what is going on with your supply, what is currently being done, and the next steps for helping you find more success. We will send you a thorough intake before our visit, which may include recent labs you’ve had done, to ensure the best care possible.

  • We will send you a variety of forms to fill out before your visit, and we may request videos depending on what problems you are wanting. It’s best if you can have someone else assist you at the visit with your camera, but this is not required. Make sure you have a solid Internet connection.

  • You can book a consult to ask questions! If you aren’t sure if we’re the right fit, we are happy to do a 15-minute discovery call, but all clinical questions must be done inside a lactation visit. A virtual consult might be a good option for you!

Our Approach

Personalized Care Rooted in Compassion and Clarity

At The Breastfeeding Mama, we don’t believe in copy-paste advice. Every family is unique, which means every plan should be, too.

We use our signature FLOW Method to assess and support milk supply challenges—because supply is almost always part of the puzzle, even if it’s not the whole picture. This approach gives you a full, root-cause understanding of what’s going on and, more importantly, what to do next.

Whether you’re nursing around the clock, exclusively pumping, combo feeding, or just trying to make it to bedtime, we’re here to help you find a way that works—for your baby, your body, and your life.

We combine evidence-based tools with lived experience and a whole lot of heart. You’ll feel like you’re talking to both a trusted friend and a professional.
