What Moms Are Saying

Most lactation care looks like this: one appointment, a few tips, and then you’re left to figure out the rest.

But real-life feeding challenges aren’t solved in a single visit.

  • Supply fluctuates.

  • Babies grow and change.

  • Pumping schedules evolve.

  • New questions pop up every week.

With The Milk Companion packages, you don’t just get “an appointment.”

You get a dedicated, expert partner who knows your history, your goals, and your baby - so every step forward feels supported, not stressful.

No more wondering if you’ll be able to get in for an appointment or trying to cram everything into one session. You can rest easy knowing you have an experienced lactation consultant available when you need it most.

Not sure? Request a Discovery Call to See if a Milk Companion Pathway is Right for You!

  • A regular consult gives you support in the moment. The Milk Companion pathways give you ongoing care, follow-up, and accountability over weeks or months. You’ll get multiple consults, unlimited messaging, digital resources, and extras like welcome packages, toolkits, or lab credits depending on your pathway.

  • The Milk Concierge is a self-pay program and isn’t billable to insurance as a bundled package.
    But you do have options:

    • You can book standalone virtual consults with insurance coverage (often at no cost).

    • You can choose a Compaion pathway for continuity and extras - and if you have eligible insurance, we provide a 30% discount for the visits.

If you need more care outside your package, we can provide a superbill for additional visits to submit to your insurance.

  • Companion clients can book additional visits at a discounted rate. This way you can extend your care without losing continuity.

  • Sometimes, in-person visits are the best choice — especially for oral function assessments, complex latch cases, or weight gain concerns. If that becomes necessary, I’ll be honest with you and help you find the right in-person support (with me or a trusted provider in your area).

  • You’ll receive a welcome email with:

    • Links to schedule your first consult

    • Access to your digital resources

Information about your welcome package or lab credit (if included)
From there, we’ll map out your sessions together so you feel supported from start to finish.

  • That’s okay! If you’re still deciding, reach out and I’ll help you figure out which option best fits your current stage with a discovery call- prenatal prep, pumping support, or milk supply care. You don’t have to choose alone.

Our Approach

Personalized Care Rooted in Compassion and Clarity

When you work with me, you’re not just another client on a schedule.

  • I’m an IBCLC with years of experience helping thousands of families navigate complex situations.

  • I don’t skim or give generic advice - I dig deeper to find the root cause of challenges.

  • I specialize in milk supply, pumping, and prenatal pre,p,  the areas most parents struggle with (and where many consultants stop short).

  • I offer continuity of care, not one-off “quick fixes.”

This is not run-of-the-mill lactation care.
This is complete care - expert guidance, personalized to you, over time.

The Value of Continued Care

A single consult can be helpful — but real change usually takes more than one visit. Babies grow, needs shift, and questions pop up when you least expect them. The Milk Concierge is designed to give you ongoing care, accountability, and expert guidance so you’re not left piecing things together on your own.

Each pathway combines:

  • Multiple one-on-one consults with an experienced IBCLC

  • Unlimited messaging support so you don’t have to wait for answers

  • Access to my full Fuss-Free First Year resource library

  • Special extras like welcome packages, toolkits, or even a $150 lab credit

If you booked everything separately, the value adds up to $1,200–$1,550.
    Your investment: $1,000.

But here’s what’s truly priceless:

  • Having someone who already knows your story, so you don’t have to start over every time

  • Catching small issues before they become big problems

  • Feeling confident that your plan is the right one for your baby, your body, and your goals

  • Knowing you have an expert in your corner, not just for one visit, but throughout your journey, ready to help when you need it most.
