During this phase, you can observe my consults without participating. These hours do not count toward your hours, and I try and “graduate” you from this phase as quickly as possible.

During this phase, you will begin to participate in consults by taking notes, creating protocols, and providing support and advice when I direct questions toward you.

At this phase, you’ll be able to lead the lactation consult, continue taking notes, and create protocols. I take more of an observational role in the consults and jump in when needed.

I have a Facebook with 22,000 members. You will be expected to spend at least one hour a week answering questions and directing members to book a consult.
