Hi, I’m Anna!

IBCLC, Licensed Massage Therapist (bodywork practitioner) and wholehearted believer in gentle, supported beginnings for parents and babies.

My journey into lactation began long before I earned my IBCLC. As a new mama, I remember feeling overwhelmed and unsure, and the support I received during that season truly changed everything for me. I fell in love with breastfeeding support - not just the science, but the deep connection and confidence it can create. That experience planted the seed for the work I do today.

I’ve been supporting families in their breastfeeding journeys since 2012 as a La Leche League Leader, and I officially became an IBCLC in 2023 after completing advanced lactation training. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside families through low milk supply, painful latch issues, NICU separations, pumping challenges, and so many tender, emotional moments. Seeing parents leave feeling confident, hopeful, and supported is the heart of my work.

One of my special interests is working with tongue ties and supporting feeding through a holistic lens. I integrate bodywork and massage - including cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and rhythmic movement - to help reduce tension in both parent and baby, encourage more efficient feeding, and support overall calm and regulation. My approach blends evidence-based lactation care with gentle, hands-on techniques that honor the whole family.

What it’s like to work with me:

I offer a compassionate, personalized approach. I believe breastfeeding is a learned skill for both parent and baby, and every journey looks different. I meet families where they are, combining education, practical strategies, and hands-on support to help them reach their goals without pressure or judgment. My favorite moments are when parents say, “We’re doing it - it’s working,” or share how peaceful and connected feeding finally feels.

My own breastfeeding journey lasted a combined six years with my children and taught me patience, humility, and the power of asking for help. That lived experience deeply shapes how I support the families I work with.

You are doing better than you think. Every small step matters, and asking for help is a sign of strength. You don’t have to do this alone - and you’ve got this.

I’m based in Denver, Colorado, and I love the vibrant, supportive community here and easy access to nature. Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking, practicing yoga, cooking comforting meals, exploring local cafes and bakeries, or spending quality time with friends and family. We love celebrating seasonal traditions - solstices, the last night of Chanukah, Christmas morning, and Halloween - and filling our home with play, laughter, and connection.

Fun fact: I took my very first solo domestic flight in 2018 and have since traveled solo to Iceland, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Canada, and more. Exploring the world on my own has been incredibly empowering, and there are many more adventures on my list.

If I could leave you with one reassurance, it would be this: you are doing better than you think. Every small step matters, and asking for help is a sign of strength. You don’t have to do this alone - and you’ve got this.
