Hi! I’m Grace!

IBCLC, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and passionate supporter of families navigating feeding with both heart and science.

My journey into lactation began in 2018 while studying nutrition. I was completely fascinated by human milk — how it adapts, protects, and nourishes both baby and parent in ways we’re still learning about. As a dietitian, I saw how deeply nutrition and lactation were connected, and I felt called to support families in a more hands-on way. Later, my own breastfeeding journey showed me just how powerful skilled, compassionate support can be. That blend of science and lived experience led me to pursue my IBCLC.

I began supporting families as a CLC in 2019 and became an IBCLC in 2025. Since then, I’ve provided daily lactation support through WIC, taught hospital-based breastfeeding classes, and worked closely with families navigating the real-life complexities of feeding.

My approach is warm, patient, and grounded in evidence.

I believe feeding should feel realistic and sustainable -not overwhelming. I love helping families simplify the process, whether that means troubleshooting pumping challenges, finding the right flange fit, navigating bottle refusal, introducing solids, or supporting a gentle transition into weaning.

Some of the most meaningful moments in my work are when parents who were told their goals might not be possible begin to find a rhythm that works — whether at the breast, with pumping, or through a combination. Watching confidence replace stress is why I do this.

One of the most powerful stories I’ve witnessed was helping a second-time mom rewrite her breastfeeding story after trauma and loss. Supporting her through that journey reminded me exactly why I do this work.

Breastfeeding my daughter, Nora, was both beautiful and incredibly hard

She was born small and struggled with latch, weight gain, and feeding early on — leading to pain, nipple damage, and triple feeding within days.

At six weeks, we were told she might never effectively breastfeed.

With the support of an IBCLC, OT, and PT, we discovered underlying challenges, including a high palate and body tension. After months of persistence and therapy, she transitioned to a full feed around four months, and we are still breastfeeding today. That journey deeply shapes how I walk alongside families now.

I’m based in Littleton, Colorado - the community I’ve called home my entire life. It’s where I grew up, met my husband David, and now raise our daughter Nora alongside our lively terrier mix, Ivy. I love spending time outdoors, exploring parks, hosting friends, and creating fun drinks (mocktails and cocktails alike).

Fun fact: I love doing nails! It’s one of my favorite creative outlets, and having three sisters nearby means I get lots of practice.
