There’s No One Right Way to Feed Your Baby
Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, herbalist-in-training, and forever student of all things lactation and postpartum.
I found my way into this work through my own breastfeeding journey. What started as a beautiful connection with my son quickly turned challenging—painful feeds, nipple damage, and bottle refusal. Even though I’d taken a breastfeeding class during pregnancy, I still had so many unanswered questions. When I realized how much support and wisdom new families truly need, I knew I wanted to be part of that support system.
I’m currently a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and plan to take the IBCLC exam in September 2025. Until then, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned (plus my psychology degree and herbalism training) to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered
