Day 5 – Fine-Tune & Troubleshoot
You’ll review your progress, learn how to spot red flags, and walk away with a plan—plus guidance for what to do next if supply still isn’t where you want it to be.
Day 4 – Remove to Make More
Nursing, pumping, switch feeding, compresses—we’ll help you optimize removal so your body gets the memo: make more milk.
